The Director General of the Kosovo Police, Colonel Gazmend Hoxha, along with his team, held an official meeting with Giovanni Pietro Barbano, Head of the EULEX mission in Kosovo.
According to an official statement from the Kosovo Police, the meeting focused on the current security situation, strengthening cooperation between the two institutions, and police preparations for the upcoming electoral process.
“During this meeting, we discussed the overall security environment and ways to further enhance collaboration between the institutions to ensure a safe and calm environment for all citizens. Police planning and engagement for the smooth conduct of elections were also addressed, and all necessary security measures have already been implemented by the Kosovo Police,” the statement read.
