On December 27, 2024, the Regional Police Directorate in Mitrovica North, in cooperation with the Community Policing Division, distributed gifts to children as part of the “A Bright New Year 2025” project.
The gifts were handed out to children from all communities, with the children meeting with police officers in various parts of cities in the Mitrovica North region. The initiative emphasizes the police’s care for the happiness of the children, alongside its role in ensuring their safety.
