Kosovo Police Inspect Weapons Range Over Suspected Illegal Sales

Kosovo Police, in coordination with Customs authorities, conducted an inspection at a weapons range in Fushë Kosovë on September 4, 2025. The site was suspected of misusing its license for illegal weapon sales.

During the operation, police searched the company’s facilities as well as the suspect’s residence. Authorities confiscated multiple weapons and related items, including:

  • 14 weapon licenses registered to the suspect
  • 1 hunting rifle (without a license)
  • 33 rifle cartridges
  • 1 AK-47 magazine
  • 2 gas gun cartridges

The suspect, a Kosovar male, is currently under investigation. Police have classified the case as “Endangering Public Safety”, and it remains under formal investigation.
