The Kosovo Police have appealed to citizens for assistance in identifying a group of women suspected of involvement in a theft case that occurred in Prizren on September 8, 2025.
According to police reports, one of the women allegedly took a wallet that had been left on the ground by a woman who was taking photos at the ABI Çarshia shopping center.
The case has been classified as “Misuse of Another’s Property.”
“On 08.09.2025, around 12:40, the female victim, while taking photos outside ABI Çarshia shopping center on Ekrem Rexha Street in Prizren, left her wallet on the ground. When she returned to the location, the wallet was missing. Through the shopping center’s security cameras, it was observed that a group of women stopped near the wallet, one of them picked it up, and then they all left together. Investigators have secured photos of the suspects, but their identities have not yet been confirmed,” the police statement read.
The police urged anyone with information about the suspects’ identities or whereabouts to contact them via the emergency number 192, through official social media channels, the Kosovo Police Facebook page, or at any police station in Kosovo.
