Kosovo Post informs citizens that the Zveçan-2 Postal Office has fully resumed operations after completing all the necessary repairs resulting from the damages caused by the recent attack. With dedication and professionalism, we have fully restored the infrastructure, including installing windows and reconstructing the interior spaces, to ensure a safe and functional environment for all our service users.
This reopening confirms our unwavering mission to provide safe, reliable, and continuous postal services, responding to citizens’ needs with responsibility and professionalism. The Zveçan-2 Postal Office is now fully equipped and has resumed offering services at the counter, reflecting our commitment to always be close to citizens, despite the challenges.
At this office, citizens can benefit from a wide range of postal and non-bank financial services, including:
✔ Postal deliveries (domestic and international)
✔ Registered and Express postal services (online deliveries, Apostille stamp, child allowance application services)
✔ Non-bank financial services (payment of municipal and other bills, cash withdrawals, loan payments, loan applications, and other non-bank services through Kosovo Post)
✔ Parcel distribution and receipt, postage stamps, and many other services
✔ Telekom/Vala services: electronic top-ups, mobile phone payments, landline payments, scratch cards, etc.
