During her visit to the United States, Kosovo’s President Vjosa Osmani stated that Kosovo is “blessed with the unwavering support of the American Congress.“
Osmani made this remark after announcing a meeting with US Senator Andy Kim in Washington D.C. The two discussed further strengthening the strategic partnership between Kosovo and the United States across various fields.
In a social media post, President Osmani emphasized, “Kosova is blessed with the strong and unwavering support of the American Congress! In Washington D.C., I had the pleasure to meet Senator Andy Kim, to discuss strengthening the strategic partnership between Kosova and America in various areas of common interest, including security, economic development, and innovation.”
Earlier in the day, President Osmani also announced that she met with Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau during her US visit. She stated that Kosovo stands “shoulder to shoulder with the United States to build new chapters of strategic cooperation,” aligning with what she described as President Trump’s strong vision.
