Acting Minister of Finance Hekuran Murati has announced that Kosovo has received €95.5 million in budgetary support financing from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Murati stated on his Facebook page that this significant financial injection is a direct result of the successful completion of Kosovo’s two-year Stand-By Arrangement program with the IMF.
“This comes as a result of the successful completion of the two-year program with the IMF, the Stand-By Arrangement, under which necessary reforms in public finances and the preservation of fiscal stability were foreseen,” Murati wrote.
He further emphasized the government’s continued commitment to sustainable economic growth, job creation, enhancing family well-being, and maintaining the country’s financial stability.
