As part of its cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and municipal education directorates, the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), together with instructors from the Demining Company of the National Guard, has begun delivering educational lectures to students in primary and lower secondary schools across Kosovo.

The aim of these lectures is to raise students’ awareness of the dangers posed by landmines and other unexploded ordnance (UXO) that remain on the territory of Kosovo.

This project has been implemented for several years and is carried out across all communities, with the goal of awareness-raising and prevention of incidents involving mines or other unexploded explosive devices, which continue to pose a risk to the country’s citizens.
