The Kosovo national football team delivered a below-par performance in their home match against Slovenia, ending the game in a goalless draw (0-0).

The “Dardans” failed to display the energy and intensity they are known for, struggling to create clear scoring opportunities throughout the match.

Slovenia appeared to be the more dominant side, threatening Kosovo’s goal several times through forward Benjamin Šeško, but goalkeeper Arijanet Murić was in outstanding form, making several crucial saves to keep the visitors at bay.

Kosovo’s only real chance came early in the fifth minute when Vedat Muriqi’s shot narrowly missed the target.

Slovenia continued to press through Šeško, but Murić and defender Albian Hajdari stood firm to prevent any breakthrough.

With this result, Kosovo earns just one point at home, moving up to four points in total, while Slovenia remains at two.

Kosovo will next travel to Sweden in three days for their upcoming qualifying match.
