The Special Prosecution of Kosovo has confirmed that Kosovo Assembly deputy Slavko Simić is not under investigation and has not been identified as a suspect in the attack that occurred on September 24, 2023, in Banjskë, Zvečan.
Additionally, the Prosecution clarified that Millosh Perović, candidate for mayor of Zubin Potok, is also not a suspect nor under investigation regarding the attack, during which Kosovo Police officer Afrim Bunjaku was killed.
“The Special Prosecution reaffirms its commitment to ensuring a fair and lawful process in every case, avoiding any misinformation or assumptions not based on verified facts,” the statement reads.
