The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Kosovo has announced the start of the voting period for citizens registered to vote by mail. This process, which runs from January 9 to February 8, 2025, applies exclusively to those who successfully registered as overseas voters and opted to send their ballots via mail.
Eligible voters can cast their votes by sending their completed ballots to one of the CEC’s designated postal boxes abroad or directly to the CEC’s postal box in Kosovo.
For citizens registered to vote in person at one of Kosovo’s diplomatic missions, the voting process will take place on February 8, 2025.
The CEC has individually notified all registered voters about the procedures required to participate in this election.
