The Kosovo national football team has returned to training with renewed energy following Slovenia’s victory, which secured Kosovo’s spot in the World Cup playoff. The Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK) confirmed the positive atmosphere with an uplifting post earlier today.
The team, known as “Dardanët”, has shifted its focus to the upcoming decisive match against Switzerland, set to take place on Tuesday, November 18 at the Fadil Vokrri Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 20:45.
“Dardanët are back in training with full positive energy to continue preparations for the clash with Switzerland,” the FFK shared on social media.
“Força Kosovë, united toward the World Cup!” the statement added, capturing the rising optimism among fans and players alike.
Under the leadership of coach Franco Foda, Kosovo’s victory over Slovenia has propelled the team into the World Cup qualifying playoff, keeping alive their dream of reaching the tournament for the first time in history.
