Pristina – In the 279th meeting of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), taking place this Monday, Acting State Prosecutor Agron Qalaj is participating, having been appointed by five members of the KPC.
This development follows the dismissal of Acting State Prosecutor Besim Kelmendi during the 278th KPC meeting on November 20. Following this decision, Agron Qalaj was appointed to serve as Acting State Prosecutor.
The meeting today began with a one-hour delay from the scheduled time, while discussions and decisions are expected to reflect the current state of justice and the functioning of the country’s highest prosecutorial institution.
