The Minister of Local Government Administration, Elbert Krasniqi, called the reaction of the Serbian List and official Belgrade, who claimed that his and Kurti’s visit to the northern municipalities was intended to incite tensions, “nonsensical.”
He said that the Serbian List is also losing the support of Serbian citizens in the north.
“The reaction of the Serbian List is a nonsensical reaction, just as they have become as a political entity among which are terrorists like Milan Radoiçiq, and are not very serious or important to be discussed because every day they are losing more political power and influence through blackmail of the Serbian citizens in the north of the country.”
Krasniqi said that the democratic processes that have started in the north cannot be stopped by anyone, and the attack in Banjska served this purpose.
“I believe that Banjska was a turning point for many processes in the development of democracy and the extension of sovereignty in every sector in the north of the country.”
Krasniqi was with Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Sveçla on a visit to the northern municipalities, which he called “an ordinary working day” for them.
