The Kremlin announced today that agreements reached with Washington, including a ceasefire in the Black Sea, will not take effect until restrictions on the export of Russian agricultural products and fertilizers are lifted.

In a joint agreement, Moscow and Washington agreed to ensure the security of shipping and prevent the use of commercial vessels for military purposes. However, Russia insists that the U.S. facilitate the return of Russian exports to the global market, including reducing insurance costs and lifting sanctions on Roselhozbank and other key economic entities.

The Kremlin emphasized that a ceasefire in attacks on energy infrastructure in Ukraine and Russia will be considered within the framework of a 30-day moratorium, but previous agreements between Putin and Trump have not been implemented due to mutual accusations from Moscow and Kyiv of continuing attacks.
