Kosovo’s Ministry of Defense has announced that the Director for International Cooperation, Ahmet Ajeti, participated in the Herzliya Conference in Israel, where he also held meetings with several Israeli policymakers.
According to the ministry, the visit was carried out in coordination with and supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Israel, with the aim of advancing bilateral cooperation, particularly in the field of defense.
“Besides participating in the Herzliya Conference, Colonel Ahmet Ajeti also met with the Executive Director of the Institute for Policy and Strategy, retired Major General Amos Gilead. Colonel Ajeti also visited Israel’s Parliament, where he met with Boaz Bismuth, Chairman of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. During these meetings, the need to strengthen cooperation and address shared security challenges was emphasized,” the ministry said.
