Prime Minister Albin Kurti announced the foundation laying of a new police substation in the village of Izvor, located two kilometers from the border with Serbia.
Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, revealed from the northern region of the country that the foundation stone for a new police substation has been laid in the village of Izvor, part of the Zveçan municipality, situated just two kilometers from the Serbian border.
The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, and the Director of Kosovo Police, Gazmend Hoxha.
“Last Friday, we laid the foundation for a police substation at the Bistricë River Bridge. This morning, together with the Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, and Police Director, Gazmend Hoxha, we laid the foundation stone for the police substation in the village of Izvor, Zveçan municipality, just two kilometers from the border with Serbia. The new facility, which we expect to be constructed swiftly, will serve the border police.
