Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti has announced that, starting tomorrow, the execution of child allowance payments will begin with the approved 50% increase for mothers receiving these benefits.
“This is good news for all mothers receiving child allowances: from tomorrow, payments will be executed with the approved 50% increase.
Around 400,000 children will benefit from this increase.
For example:
- A family with two children, previously receiving €40, will now receive €60;
- A family with three children, previously receiving €90, will now receive €135;
- A family with four children, previously receiving €120, will now receive €180, and so on,” Kurti wrote.
He also extended his wishes for all children to enjoy the benefits in good health.
