The Prime Minister’s Office has announced that the Security Council meeting was held today, where the security situation in Kosovo was discussed.
“During the morning, at the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, a meeting of the Security Council of Kosovo was held, in which the security situation in the country, the activities of the member institutions of this mechanism and the plans for the period in next.”
The challenges with fires and traffic safety were also discussed there.
“Among other things, general issues of public safety, and current challenges related to fires and traffic safety were discussed at the meeting.”
OPM has said that “the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo in coordination have increased their activities to prevent but also keep under control the spread of fires, as well as other measures in the service of increasing traffic safety”.
“They will increase their efforts also in the context of raising awareness among citizens in preventing the spread of fires and increasing traffic safety.”
