Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti has met with European Council President Antonio Costa, who is currently on a visit to the Western Balkans.
The meeting is being held behind closed doors, without media access. Earlier in the day, Costa met with Kosovo’s President, Vjosa Osmani.
During a joint press conference with President Osmani, Costa stated that Kosovo’s place is within the European Union and emphasized that, with a new EU envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, it is time to seize the opportunity and move forward.
The meeting between Kurti and Costa is expected to further discuss Kosovo’s European integration process and the ongoing dialogue with Serbia.
