The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, held a farewell meeting with the German Ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde.
During the meeting, Kurti expressed his gratitude to the ambassador for his five years of service in Kosovo, making him the longest-serving German ambassador in the country.
Kurti emphasized that Germany remains a central partner of the Republic of Kosovo in economic cooperation and on the path toward European integration.
He further highlighted the close cooperation in areas such as energy, education, and environmental protection.
The discussion also touched upon security issues and cooperation with KFOR, as well as the visa liberalization for Kosovo citizens—an achievement marked during Ambassador Rohde’s mandate and Prime Minister Kurti’s leadership.
