Kurti in a meeting with the Swedish ambassador: NATO membership remains a clear goal of Kosovo
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, today hosted the Swedish ambassador, Jonas Westerlund, the head of AIDS in Kosovo, Henrik Riby, and the representative of the organization Balkan Group for Policy Research, Naim Rashiti.
“The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, today hosted the Swedish Ambassador to Kosovo, Jonas Westerlund, the head of SIDA in Kosovo, Henrik Riby, and the representative of the Balkan Group for Policy Research, Naim Rashiti.”
OPM announces that Kurti congratulated Ambassador Westerlund “for the successful start of Sweden’s membership in NATO, while emphasizing that Kosovo’s membership in this same organization remains a clear goal and continuous commitment of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo”.
Kurti thanked Westerlund for the support to Kosovo in the European integration process and the help given in many development projects.
“Prime Minister Kurti thanked Ambassador Westerlund for supporting Kosovo in the process of European integration and for the assistance given to many development projects, including the project ‘Peace Building and Advancing the European Agenda’, which is managed by the Balkan Group for Policy Research /BPRG, which supports a number of international and local experts.”
