Acting Prime Minister and Vetëvendosje Movement (LVV) leader, Albin Kurti, has invited the leaders of other political parties to a meeting tomorrow, following the Constitutional Court’s recent judgment.
Kurti stated that the Constitutional Court’s ruling clearly emphasizes that the constitution of the Assembly is an obligation for all parties, not just the largest one.
The meeting is scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday) at 4:00 PM.
“Yesterday’s judgment of the Constitutional Court clearly emphasizes that the obligation to constitute the Assembly is an obligation for all deputies and not just the largest party. As the leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement! and on behalf of the largest parliamentary group resulting from the February 9, 2025 elections, today I have addressed all the leaders of the entities represented in the ninth legislature with an invitation for a joint meeting on Saturday (tomorrow) at 4:00 PM, in the next attempt to reach a consensus for the constitution of the Assembly,” Kurti wrote.
