August 3, 2025 – Pristina — Acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has issued a public invitation in the Serbian language, calling on Kosovo Serbs to apply for 121 job positions recently announced by the Regional Water Supply Company “Mitrovica”.

Kurti emphasized that the recruitment process is open to all interested individuals from the northern municipalities, encouraging them to seize the opportunity.

“The Regional Water Supply Company ‘Mitrovica’ has established working units and announced job vacancies for 121 positions in the municipalities of Leposavić, North Mitrovica, Zubin Potok, and Zvečan,” Kurti stated.

According to him, 68 of the vacancies will close this Friday, August 9, while the remaining 53 positions will be open until August 19.

Kurti’s direct outreach in Serbian marks a symbolic effort to encourage integration and inclusion of Serb communities in Kosovo’s institutional life, particularly in light of the long-standing political and social tensions in the north.
