Acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, welcomed the newly appointed KFOR Commander in Kosovo, Major General Ozkan Ulutas, in an official meeting.
According to the statement released to the media, the discussion focused on current developments and the security situation in the country.
“They discussed recent developments, with an emphasis on security and the importance of coordination and cooperation between Kosovo’s security institutions and NATO’s mission in Kosovo,” the statement reads.
Wishing General Ulutas a warm welcome back to Kosovo and success in his second term as KFOR Commander, Prime Minister Kurti emphasized his and the government’s commitment to close cooperation with KFOR to maintain peace and security throughout the country.
