Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, met with Luxembourg’s Ambassador to Kosovo, Eric Dietz, to discuss deepening cooperation between the two countries. During the meeting, existing collaboration was praised as excellent, and opportunities to advance it in areas of mutual interest were discussed.
The continuation of financial support through a 50 million euro cooperation framework for the period 2026–2030 was also welcomed. Prime Minister Kurti highlighted the tangible results of this partnership, describing Luxembourg as an important ally for Kosovo’s development.
“We value Luxembourg as a key partner in innovation, digital transformation, skills development, and green transition,” he said.
The meeting also emphasized the importance of advancing reforms in justice and education, as well as cooperation to improve the healthcare sector. This collaboration is having a direct impact on economic and social development, particularly for youth and businesses.
“This partnership contributes to strengthening vocational education, supporting start-ups, and advancing toward a more sustainable economy,” the statement said.
