Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met with Luxembourg Prime Minister Luc Frieden on the margins of the World Economic Forum in Davos, according to Ekonomia Online.
During the meeting, Kurti expressed gratitude to Luxembourg for its continuous support for Kosovo throughout all stages of state-building, emphasizing the importance of Luxembourg’s role as a consistent partner of Kosovo on the international stage.
Kurti highlighted Kosovo’s democratic and economic progress, as well as the country’s strategic objectives, including membership in the European Union, the Council of Europe, and NATO. He also thanked Luxembourg for its support toward Kosovo’s integration into Euro-Atlantic structures.
The two prime ministers discussed strengthening bilateral relations, with a particular focus on deepening cooperation in education and investment, as well as enhancing cultural ties between the two countries and their peoples.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of both governments to further expand cooperation and partnership within the framework of shared European values.
