Prime Minister Albin Kurti held a meeting with Croatian architect Andrija Mutnjaković, the designer and creator of the National Library of Kosovo building.
In a Facebook post, Kurti shared that Mutnjaković presented him with a book containing floor plans and sketches of the Library, reflecting the complexity and uniqueness of its design.
The meeting also addressed the need and importance of renovating the Library and drafting the architectural project, a process in which the Croatian architect and academic, as the building’s visionary, has been involved and consulted.

Alongside the Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports, Hajrulla Çeku, we warmly welcomed him today to express our gratitude for his contributions and to discuss his role in the complete renovation of the building, as the drafting of the architectural project nears completion,” Kurti wrote.
“I was delighted to receive from him a book containing the floor plans and sketches of the Library, a reflection of the complex work and unique design. The National Library of Kosovo stands as a lasting symbol of our identity, and architect Andrija Mutnjaković remains a cherished friend of our country, always welcome,” Kurti added.
