The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, accompanied by the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, and Trade Rozeta Hajdari, met today with the Prime Minister of the state of Baden-Württemberg, Winfried Kretschmann, during the International Hanover Fair.

Prime Minister Kretschmann welcomed Prime Minister Kurti and emphasized the strong and close relations between Baden-Württemberg and Kosovo, which have been further strengthened by the large presence of the Albanian community in this state, with over 150,000 Albanians living and contributing there.

Prime Minister Kurti thanked him for the warm welcome and mentioned that this is his second time attending this fair. He expressed his satisfaction that this year, more than a dozen companies from Kosovo—mainly from the metal processing sector and information technology—are participating in Kosovo’s joint booth.

During the meeting, both prime ministers discussed the deepening of economic cooperation between Kosovo and Baden-Württemberg, agreeing to work on further strengthening trade and investment relations. Additionally, they emphasized the importance of further developing cultural cooperation between the two parties.
