Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, informed NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte that Serbia, with Russian assistance, interfered in the country’s February 9 elections.

During their meeting in Prishtina, Kurti highlighted Kosovo’s democratic progress but warned of external threats to its electoral process. He emphasized that such interference is a growing challenge for European democracies.

Rutte, who also met President Vjosa Osmani, reaffirmed NATO’s long-term commitment to Kosovo’s security.
