On the occasion of Ukraine’s National Day, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, reaffirmed the Republic of Kosovo’s commitment to supporting Ukraine’s independence, territorial integrity, and state sovereignty.
In a post on platform X, Kurti emphasized that Kosovo stands alongside Ukraine and its courageous people in the face of Russian aggression, contributing through sanctions against the Russian Federation and by hosting Ukrainian citizens in Kosovo.
“Today, on Ukraine’s National Day, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting its independence, territorial integrity, and state sovereignty, as well as the efforts of our allies in achieving a just and lasting peace,” Kurti wrote.
He added that Kosovo continues to stand united against war and in support of peace in Ukraine.
