Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, says that according to preliminary results, excluding conditional votes and votes from the diaspora, Vetëvendosje is leading in 21 municipalities.
In a post on his Facebook profile, Kurti states that the work of the new government will continue once the results are certified, but he does not reveal who he prefers as coalition partners.
“An undisputed victory, with votes across the board. In 21 municipalities, we lead as winners, according to preliminary results, excluding conditional votes and votes from the diaspora.
“The citizens have entrusted us with a new mandate to govern the country, and the work of the new government will continue once the results are certified. Until then, we will take care to preserve each vote that has been entrusted to us,” wrote Kurti.
