Acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, accompanied by the Mayor of Kamenica, Kadri Rahimaj, and Member of Parliament, Liza Gashi, today visited the family of Arbnor Spahiu, a former police officer who was arrested and is being unjustly held by Serbian authorities since June 7.
According to a press release from the Prime Minister’s Office, Kurti informed the family about the ongoing efforts and actions undertaken by Kosovo’s institutions to secure Spahiu’s immediate release.
The communiqué further stated that the acting Prime Minister assured the family that the commitment to his release is maximal and will remain so until he is freed.

The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, together with the Mayor of Kamenica, Kadri Rahimaj, and Member of Parliament, Liza Gashi, today visited the family of Arbnor Spahiu, who was arrested and is being unjustly held by Serbian authorities since June 7.
Prime Minister Kurti informed the family about the continuous efforts and actions undertaken by the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo to ensure Arbnor Spahiu’s swift release. He assured them that the commitment is maximal and will remain so until his release.
The family expressed gratitude for the visit and the care shown.
