The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has met the new Supervisory Board of the Public Enterprise “Trepça”, appointed at the 212th meeting of the Government.
The Prime Minister’s Office announced that in this meeting immediate actions, plans and long-term goals for the mining company were discussed.
“They discussed immediate actions and long-term plans and goals for the mining enterprise. Prime Minister Kurti expressed the willingness of the Government to support Trepca against a clear plan of action”.
“The Government of the Republic of Kosovo aims to preserve public ownership and revitalization of Trepça in accordance with the social, economic and environmental interest”, the communiqué further states.
