Kosovo’s Foreign Minister, Donika Gërvalla, was asked about Milan Radoičić roaming freely in Serbia.
Gërvalla stated that she did not want to speak on the matter herself and preferred to hear the opinions of Miroslav Lajčak and James O’Brien.
After taking the floor, Lajčak responded to Kosovo’s chief diplomat, asserting that those responsible for the September 24th terrorist attack must be held accountable and have no immunity. Lajčak emphasized that this is the stance the EU reiterates in bilateral meetings.
“The EU’s position is clear: those who committed the criminal acts on September 24th must be held accountable and have no immunity. The EU reiterates this in bilateral meetings,” said Lajčak.
