Latest Update: Nearly 50% of Polling Stations Recounted, KQZ Reports

The recounting of ballots is continuing at the Counting and Results Center, following decisions by the Central Election Commission (KQZ) to re-examine votes from selected polling stations.

According to the latest update from the KQZ, 48.49% of the polling stations have been fully recounted so far.

Based on the results processed to date, the Self-Determination Movement (LVV) leads with 46.59% of the votes, followed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) with 22.77%. The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has secured 10.20%, while the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) has received 4.14% of the votes.

The recount process is ongoing, and the Central Election Commission has stated that further updates will be provided as additional polling stations are processed.
