Serbian lawyer Ivan Ninić has stated that a campaign of threats and targeting against him began about a month ago, after he publicly mentioned Milan Radoičić during a public event and called for accountability regarding the Banjskë incidents.

Since that day, Ninić claims, he has been labeled an “Albanian agent” by media outlets close to the Vučić regime and by fake online pages, as part of a propaganda campaign aimed at discrediting him.

“The targeting and threats started precisely when I mentioned Radoičić’s name. Their narrative is that I am Albin Kurti’s spokesperson, simply because I demand accountability for what happened in Banjskë,” Ninić said, according to Belgrade daily Danas, as reported by RTK.

Ninić added that he intends to request a security assessment from Serbia’s Ministry of Interior, but not police protection, citing past police violence against students and alleged protection of a figure he calls Jovanjica, described as Europe’s largest marijuana plantation.

“This system has become deeply criminalized and polarized. Vučić rules solely through propaganda and repression. The only solution is extraordinary elections at all levels,” Ninić concluded.
