Lumir Abdixhiku, leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), took to Facebook to respond to internal criticisms, emphasizing that order will be maintained within the party.
Abdixhiku noted that the party is aware of opponents seeking to exploit minor events for their own agenda, while remaining silent on the party’s successes. Despite external pressures, he stressed that LDK will not be drawn into the “sea of their insignificance.”
He addressed supporters directly, urging patience and understanding:
“For the matters inside our house, there will be order. Everything will be handled in due time. Right now, we have much smarter work to focus on. We are in a race; every effort from our wonderful members is needed. We have started something big, and we see that you are with us. Let’s win now! As for the major attacks against LDK, our opponents will have to wait. The League is strong and growing, only with faith, conviction, and support from our members and the public, free from personal interests or calculations. This is our greatest asset.”
Abdixhiku’s remarks come amid ongoing discussions and tensions within LDK, signaling a focus on party unity and strategic engagement ahead of upcoming political challenges.
