Armend Zemaj, a member of the Kosovo Assembly from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), emphasized that his party remains united and firm in its stance of rejecting any possibility of a coalition with Albin Kurti’s Vetëvendosje Movement (LVV).

“It is completely inaccurate to claim that we have changed our position. This is an attempt to interfere in LDK’s internal politics. You’ve all seen the recent letter, which aims to divide the LDK into past, present, and future generations,” Zemaj stated.

He criticized such rhetoric as unserious, saying it only serves to prolong the current political deadlock, which benefits LVV.

“LDK’s position is clear — we remain against forming a coalition with LVV. If there were ever to be a change, it would have to be formally approved by the party’s leadership,” Zemaj concluded.
