On 29 May 2023, Ljubiša Miljković attacked KFOR soldiers and Kosovo Police in Zvecan. Following a plea agreement with the Special Prosecutor’s Office, Miljković admitted guilt for the offenses of “assault” and “participation in a crowd committing criminal acts or hooliganism.”
According to Prosecutor Bekim Kodraliu, the sentence accounts for time already spent in pre-trial detention. The remaining six months have been converted into a €14,000 fine.
The court, presided over by Judge Violeta Namani-Hajra, confirmed that the plea agreement is legitimate and supported by evidence.
