A comparison between the Voters’ List for the 2025 Local Elections and the Voters’ List from the Kosovo Assembly Elections held on February 9, 2025, shows that the list for the upcoming elections includes 37,499 more voters.
Out of this total number of new voters, 10,700 are individuals registered for the first time in the Central Civil Registry between the two elections — or citizens who have regained Kosovo’s citizenship — while 26,799 are young voters who have turned 18 years old since the February 9 parliamentary elections and will be voting for the first time in the 2025 Local Elections.
