The National Center for Border Management has reported significant delays at several border crossings into Kosovo, with long queues forming during peak travel periods.
At the Dheu i Bardhë border point, incoming traffic is facing waiting times exceeding one hour, with vehicle lines stretching up to 900 meters. Outgoing traffic is also experiencing delays, with queues of around 400 meters and wait times of approximately 35 minutes.
At the Muçibabë border crossing, travelers are waiting around 30 minutes to enter Kosovo, with vehicle lines reaching 160 meters. Meanwhile, at the Vërmicë crossing, delays are estimated at up to 20 minutes.
Relatively shorter waiting times are being reported at the Kullë and Jarinje points, where travelers face delays of up to 10 minutes.
Other border points remain calm, with standard processing times ranging from 3 to 5 minutes.
Authorities urge travelers to plan ahead and consider alternative routes to avoid prolonged wait times.
