After three hours of discussions at the General Assembly of LDK, the party delegates rejected the resignation of Chairman Lumir Abdixhiku.
According to Sinjali, in a secret ballot, 302 delegates participated, expressing their support for Abdixhiku to continue leading the party and giving him a vote of confidence to continue his leadership.
Sinjali reports that the vote difference was 164 against his resignation and 136 in favor.
