Lutfi Haziri, deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), has responded to recent speculation about the creation of a minority government, calling the idea both unviable and politically unsustainable.
In a recent Facebook post, Haziri emphasized that the majority of non-Serb minority MPs are closely aligned with Vetëvendosje (VV), making it impossible to form a minority government with sufficient support to govern effectively.
He also criticized the opposition for lacking concrete action to establish a viable alternative government, stressing that there has been no political initiative capable of building the trust needed for a potential majority.
In this context, Haziri proposed the formation of a National Unity Government as a transitional solution to overcome the current political stalemate in Kosovo.
In conclusion, he called for a rational and responsible approach toward a solution that ensures stability and progress for the country.
