Following the election of Dimal Basha (LVV) as the new Speaker of the Kosovo Assembly, the parliamentary session continued with the proposals for Deputy Speakers from the main political parties.
The nominations were as follows:
- Vetëvendosje (LVV) proposed Albulena Haxhiu as Deputy Speaker.
- Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) proposed Vlora Çitaku.
- Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) proposed Kujtim Shala.
The proposals received 101 votes in favor and 9 against, confirming strong parliamentary support for the deputy leadership of the Assembly.
This step marks another move toward the full constitution of Kosovo’s institutions following the parliamentary elections.
