French President Emmanuel Macron has called for a four-party meeting involving Ukraine, Russia, the United States, and European leaders, in response to U.S. President Donald Trump’s initiative to bring the Ukrainian and Russian presidents to the same negotiating table.
“I believe that as the next step, we will perhaps need a four-party meeting, because when we speak about security guarantees, we are speaking about the security of the entire European continent,” Macron stated.
