The Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, has stated that there is no official information regarding the possible withdrawal of NATO troops from Kosovo, despite recent reports on the matter.
He emphasized that Kosovo continues its coordination with KFOR for as long as they are present in the country.
“We do not have official information about the possible withdrawal of NATO troops from Kosovo, nor from any specific country in KFOR. We continue to coordinate with KFOR,” he told KTV.
Macedonci added that Kosovo has increased its defense budget and made investments in the military and defense sectors.
He also mentioned that Kosovo is prepared to face potential risks, reiterating that it will always coordinate with KFOR.
