The Assembly of Kosovo is once again attempting to constitute today, following two previous failed attempts — on Tuesday and Thursday.
Ahead of the session, the leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Memli Krasniqi, addressed the media with a clear message to all Members of Parliament: to be present in the chamber and contribute to the functionalization of the Assembly.
“Our position hasn’t changed. We’re here to constitute the Assembly, and so today we call on all MPs to be present in the chamber. Precisely to show that we are committed to moving forward, we are currently in that meeting,” said Krasniqi.
According to Krasniqi, the PDK remains committed to the constitution process and expects all parties to demonstrate institutional responsibility at this crucial stage for the country.
