The resigned chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Memli Krasniqi, has explained the reasons behind his decision to step down.
Krasniqi stated that his resignation was not a spontaneous decision, but one carefully thought through and weighed over time.
“It is a surprising decision, because decisions like this sometimes need to be measured and carefully considered, discussed with a close group of collaborators and trusted people — but it is neither a rushed decision nor one made in the heat of the moment,” Krasniqi said in an interview with Klan Kosova.
Furthermore, Krasniqi emphasized that his decision to resign as head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo is not solely related to recent developments, but rather reflects the broader trajectory of his entire political journey.
