The Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure (MESP&I) has announced that, following the onset of snowfall, road maintenance operators have been activated and are on full alert to carry out road salting and snow clearing across the entire territory of Kosovo.
According to the Ministry, the responsible institutions are fully prepared to ensure road passability and the normal functioning of traffic throughout the winter season.
However, MESP&I has called on citizens to exercise increased caution while traveling, to respect traffic regulations, and to adjust driving speed to weather conditions, in order to prevent accidents and facilitate smoother traffic flow.
